ASSMANG Pty Ltd requires the services of an Engineer Asset Care at their Black Rock Mine Operations situated 80km North-West of Kuruman in the Northern Cape.
Job description
MAIN TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY
Provide Asset Managent leadership to that fixed and mobile assests deliver maximum uptime, integrity and life-cycle value. This is achieved through evidence-based maintenance, elimination of recurring failures and deployment of solutions that raise OEE and reduce total cost. The role demands result focus, change leadership, relationship building and people leadership.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
10 Years’ engineering-maintenance experience in mining
2 Years’ in a formal management role
1 Year dedicated asset-management focus
3 Years’ project-management exposure
2 Years’ in a formal management role
1 Year dedicated asset-management focus
3 Years’ project-management exposure
Minimum requirements
Certificate: Grade 12 (Required).
National Diploma S4/T4 or
BSc/BEng/B-Tech (Mechanical)
National Diploma S4/T4 or
BSc/BEng/B-Tech (Mechanical)
Code B/EB driver’s license
GCC Mine & Workers (advantegous)
ECSA Pr Eng / Pr . Tech (advantageous)
