Perform asset care activities as required to EAMS system, including accurate and timeous feedback and documentation to all stakeholders.

Maintain workshop area, equipment, tools, and toolbox. Perform instructions as per work orders and job cards.
Participate in change initiatives and provide feedback on resistance.
Propose ideas or practical improvements relevant to tasks. Participate in improvement initiatives.
Participate in the planning process for the section. Execute plans within the standard.

Comply with work rules, standards, and methods. Take care to minimise waste. Provide feedback on optimisation opportunities.

Maintain active and informative relations with all team members and colleagues, and take remedial actions where necessary.

Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses. Participate in peer and team learning initiatives.

•    3 Years Post apprenticeship experience as Fitter in a heavy industrial, mining, or plant environment.
