Introduction
Assist Superintendent Product Logistics with scheduling of the loading activities. Assist with the analysis of the loading process and asset (stock) performance trends.

• Adapt to Business Improvement Systems and Software’s.
• Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data. File documents per procedure.
• Propose ideas or practical improvements relevant to tasks and assist in resolving operational constraints.
• Comply with disciplinary and behavioural rules and procedures.
• Comply with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Identify and report unsafe and hazardous situations in work area. Participate in safety meetings.
• Tracking and understanding stock movement data on SMM to ensure timeous availability of required builds/grades for execution in manner that support and meet operational quality standards to meet customer requirements.
• Teamwork, Coordination for a single objective.
• Participate in planning process for section. Execute plans within standard.
• Assist the logistics Superintendent Product Logistics to collate accurate reports regarding stock control and projections.
• Assist with the schedule of the loading activities, including the liaison of various parties, i.e. Ore and Metal, ARM and Transnet.

Minimum requirements
• Certificate: Grade 12 (Required)
• Diploma: Logistics Management NQF Level 6 (Required)
• Degree: Logistics Management NQF Level 7 (Recommended/ Advantageous)
• Diploma: Logistics Management NQF Level 6 (Required)
• Degree: Logistics Management NQF Level 7 (Recommended/ Advantageous)
• 3 years’ Logistics operations experience in a mining environment
