Introduction
Responsible for transporting people and goods from one place to another safely.
Job description
• Transport workforce and goods with dedicated vehicle on mine premises. To render support with ad hoc tasks and adhere to safety procedures.
• Inspect vehicle before use to ensure that vehicle is in safe workable condition.
• Maintain fluid levels.
• Identify and report defects to superiors.
• Complete documentation accurately and in full.
• Participate in change initiatives.
• Propose ideas or practical improvements relevant to tasks. Participate in improvement initiatives.
• Comply with disciplinary and behavioural rules and procedures.
• Comply with safety, health and environmental standards. Identify and report unsafe and hazardous situations in work area.
• Participate in safety meetings.
• Comply with Quality standards and deliver in a manner that support and meet operational quality standards.
• Contribute to team performance.

Minimum requirements
• Certificate: Grade 12 (Required)
• Drivers licence Code EC PDP (Required)
• Drivers licence Code EC PDP (Required)
• 2 years’ Transportation of people.
