The programme intends to develop emerging labour entrants with skills and experience to function in a working environment.
Applications are invited from unemployed and suitably qualified graduates who are not currently on an internship programme and meet the under-listed criteria.

- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering x1
- Rock Engineering x 2
- Geology x 1
- Ventilation x 1
- Occupational Hygiene x 1
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (heavy current), electromechanical engineering
- In-service training (P1/P2): Successfully completed S4 for a mining-related qualification
- Diploma or Degree Environmental health, Science, Occupational hygiene or any Related BSC degree
- BSc Geology/Mining Engineering
- South African Citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Aged between 18 and 35
- No Active Criminal record
