•    Conduct fitting work that supports maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations of mechanical equipment per work orders and breakdown work orders.
•     Consider direct environmental risks. Maintain workshop area, equipment, tools, and toolbox.
•     Follow instructions as per work orders and job cards.
•     Propose ideas or practical improvements relevant to tasks. Participate in improvement initiatives.
•     Participate in the planning process for the section. 
•    Execute plans within standards.
•     Maintain active and informative relations with all team members and colleagues; take remedial actions where necessary.
•     Complete the Individual Development Plan. 
•    Attend learning and development courses. Participate in peer and team learning initiatives.
•     Conduct risk assessment in own area of work and within span of control. Comply with disciplinary and behavioural rules and procedures. 
•    Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data. File documents per procedure.
•      Perform asset care activities as required in the EAMS system, including accurate and timely feedback and documentation to all stakeholders
